摘　　要：口腔扁平苔藓是一种很常见的口腔黏膜疾病,而心血管疾病是一系列涉及循环系统的疾病,是全球第一大死亡原因。两种疾病的发病率均逐年上升,许多学者已经对两者的关系进行了部分研究,发现两者之间存在一定的相关性。本文就口腔扁平苔藓和心血管疾病在流行病学、危险因素、炎症介质、临床治疗方面的相关性作一综述。Oral lichen planus is a common oral mucosal disease.Cardiovascular diseases are a series of diseases affecting the circulatory system and the world's leading causes of death.The relationship between cardiovascular diseases and lichen planus has been investigated,and a certain correlation between them has been found.This article reviews the relevance of oral lichen planus and cardiovascular diseases in epidemiology,risk factors,inflammatory mediators,and clinical treatment.
