清代普陀山佛医著作《一得集》探源

摘　　要：[目的]研究佛医著作《一得集》的作者身份、刊印历史、学术思想、学术地位,探讨清代普陀山佛医文化代表人物心禅及其代表作。[方法]查阅各版本《一得集》资料及相关史料,研究该书的作者身份、刊印历史,总结该书的学术思想,探讨该书的学术地位。[结果]《一得集》分为上、中、下三卷,上卷论述医理,中卷、下卷记载医案,作者是清代普陀山僧医心禅。心禅少年时在普陀山出家,精通针药,后于舟山、宁波、杭州等周边地区行医,留下不少行医事迹,将行医心得和医案编辑成书,称为《一得集》。通过查阅资料发现,心禅勤恳好学、医术高明、身份神秘,该书具备一定学术价值,多次刊印基本能够满足传承需要。[结论]《一得集》是清代佛医著作之一,也是唯一一部由普陀山僧医完成的佛医著作,具有特殊历史文化意义。[Objective]To study the authorship, publishing history, academic thought, academic status and so on, about the Buddhist medical work“Yi De Ji”, and discuss the representative personage—XIN Chan,and the representative work of Buddhism and medicine culture of Mount Putuo in Qing Dynasty.[Methods]Through refering to various editions of “Yi De Ji” and relevant historical materials, researching the identity of the author and the publishing history,the academic thoughts and the academic status of the book were summarized and discussed.[Results]“Yi De Ji” can be divided into three volumes: The first volume discussed medical theory, the second and the third volume recorded medical cases, and the author was a Buddhist doctor of Mount Putuo, named XIN Chan in Qing Dynasty. When he was young, XIN Chan became a monk in Mount Putuo, he was proficient in acupuncture and medicine, and practiced medicine in Zhoushan, Ningbo, Hangzhou and other surrounding areas, left some medical deeds. He edited the experience of practicing medicine and medical cases into a book called “Yi De Ji”. This study indicated that the author of the book was diligent, studious, skillful in medicine and mysterious in identity, and the book had certain academic value, and the multiple publication of the book basically met the needs of inheritance.[Conclusion]“Yi De Ji”is one of the Buddhist medical works in Qing Dynasty, and also the only Buddhist medical work completed by the monk doctor of Mount Putuo, which has special historical and cultural significance.
