摘 要:新型冠状病毒感染疫情出现后,为加强疫情期病案室管理工作,降低"纸质归档病案"成为新型冠状病毒传播介质存在的风险。本文从疫情期电子病案具体归档管理方法,和纸质归档病案的出科管理,病案室交接登记制度,病案室归档病案的消毒、整理、归档、流通借阅、复印以及疫情下病案室工作环境区域的应急布置等方面进行了详细的阐述。通过疫情期归档管理方案在工作中的具体落实,有效地降低了纸质病案成为新的病毒传播介质风险,切实做好了防疫、抗疫工作,保障了医院工作的顺利开展。After the emergence of the epidemic situation of novel coronavirus infection, in order to strengthen the management of the medical record during the epidemic period and reduce the risk of "paper filing medical records" becoming the transmission medium of novel coronavirus. This paper describes in detail the specific filing and management methods of electronic medical records during the epidemic period, the management of paper archived medical records, and the handover and registration system of the medical records room. the disinfection, arrangement, filing, circulation, borrowing, photocopying and emergency arrangement of the working environment of the medical record room under the epidemic situation are described in detail. Through the specific implementation of the filing management plan during the epidemic period, the risk of paper medical records becoming a new virus transmission medium has been effectively reduced, epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic work have been done well, and the smooth development of hospital work has been ensured.
