癫痫患儿拉莫三嗪联合托吡酯治疗效果及脑电图变化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨癫痫患儿拉莫三嗪联合托吡酯治疗有效性及治疗前后脑电图的变化情况。方法选取2015年2月1日-2019年10月31日在某院接受治疗的140例癫痫住院患儿为研究对象,依据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用拉莫三嗪治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合托吡酯治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血清免疫指标、治疗效果、脑电图变化情况以及认知功能评分。结果研究组治疗后IgA(1.0±0.2)g/L及IgG(8.5±1.0g/L)指标均高于对照组的IgA(0.8±0.1)g/L、IgG(6.1±0.8)g/L,P<0.05;研究组总有效率94.3%高于对照组75.7%,P<0.05;研究组治疗后总改善率92.9%高于对照组70.0%,P<0.05;研究组治疗后MoCA评分中的注意与集中(5.0±0.8)分、延迟记忆(4.6±0.7)分以及总评分(27.8±1.5)分均高于对照组注意与集中(4.1±0.7)分、延迟记忆(3.8±0.6)分、总评分(23.4±2.9)分,P<0.05。结论对癫痫患儿采用拉莫三嗪与托吡酯联合治疗,其临床效果较好,经治疗后患儿脑电图改善明显,且认知功能显著提升,利于临床推广及应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of lamotrigine combined with topiramate in treatment of epileptic children and the eeg changes before and after treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 140 hospitalized children with epilepsy who were treated in a hospital from February 1,2015 to October 31,2019 were the subjects of the study.They were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with lamotrigine,and the study group was treated with topiramate on the basis of the control group.Serum immune index,therapeutic effect,eeg changes and cognitive function scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the IgA(1.0±0.2)g/L and IgG(8.5±1.0)g/L indexes of the study group were higher than the IgA(0.8±0.1)g/L and IgG(6.1±0.8)g/L of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group(94.3%)is higher than the control group(75.7%)(P<0.05);the total improvement rate of the study group after treatment(92.9%)is higher than that of the control group(70.0%)(P<0.05);The attention and concentration(5.0±0.8)points,delayed memory(4.6±0.7)points and total score(27.8±1.5)points in the Mo CA score of the study group after treatment were all higher than the attention and concentration(4.1±0.7)points of the control group.Delayed memory(3.8±0.6)points,total score(23.4±2.9)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of lamotrigine and topiramate in children with epilepsy has a good clinical effect.After treatment,the EEG of the children has improved significantly,and the cognitive function has been significantly improved,which is conducive to clinical promotion and application.
