犯罪心理测试在疑难案件侦破中的运用

摘　　要：疑难案件的侦破是对公安机关的一大考验。犯罪心理测试技术作为一项服务于侦查破案的技术,往往能发挥自身的优势,给案件带来新的突破。探讨疑难案件的形成,着重分析犯罪心理测试技术在疑难案件侦破过程中发挥的独特优势,如辨别案与非案、突破犯罪嫌疑人口供、找同伙或深挖余罪、服务诉讼等应用特点。在此基础上,准确把握犯罪心理测试技术作为一种动态检验技术的适用条件,不能盲目夸大它的作用,也不能片面否定它的价值,科学地应用于侦查和法庭实践,促进其健康发展。The detection of difficult cases is a great test for public security organs.Criminal psychological testing technology,as a technology serving for investigation and solving cases,can often play its own advantages and bring new breakthroughs to cases.This paper discusses the formation of difficult cases,and focuses on the unique advantages of criminal psychological testing technology in the process of solving difficult cases,such as distinguishing cases from non cases,breaking through suspects’confessions,finding accomplices,and serving litigation.On this basis,we should accurately grasp the applicable conditions of criminal psychological testing technology as a kind of dynamic testing technology.We should not blindly exaggerate its role,nor unilaterally deny its value,and scientifically apply it to investigation and court practice to promote its healthy development.
