乡村振兴背景下农村远程教育深度发展初探——以“一村一名大学生计划”为例

摘　　要：“一村一名大学生计划”是农村远程教育的典型代表,在十余年的发展历程中,取得了一定进展,为乡村培养了大批本土人才,为新农村建设做出了重要贡献。在十余年发展中,“一村一名大学生计划”也遇到了诸多困境,深度发展遇到了瓶颈。十九大提出的乡村振兴战略,为农村注入了新的活力,“一村一名大学生计划”积极投身乡村振兴战略,能够解决面临的困境,实现深度发展,为乡村振兴做出更大贡献。"One village,one college student program"is a typical representative of rural distance education.In the development process of more than ten years,it has made certain progress,trained a large number of local talents for the countryside,and made an important contribution to the construction of new countryside.In the development of more than ten years,"one college student in one village"program has also encountered many difficulties,and the in-depth development has encountered bottlenecks.The Rural Revitalization Strategy put forward by the 19th cpc National Congress has injected new vitality into the rural areas.The"one student in one village plan"has been actively involved in the Rural Revitalization Strategy,which can solve the dilemma of the"one student in one village"plan,realize deep development and make greater contributions to rural revitalization.
