摘 要:分析带式输送机实现自然水平转弯的基本措施,基于MATLAB软件进行量化计算,得到转弯半径与内曲线抬高角、托辊成槽角、安装支撑角、输送带张力之间的关系曲线。通过SolidWorks建立水平转弯带式输送机虚拟样机,分别仿真得到在不同托辊成槽角、内曲线抬高角、安装支撑角下转弯段输送带的张力变化曲线,得到输送带平均张力值。研究表明,水平转弯带式输送机转弯段输送带张力随着内曲线抬高角、托辊成槽角、安装支撑角的增大而增大,影响输送带张力大小的主要因素是安装支撑角,而抬高角的改变对输送带的张力影响不大。The basic measures of the belt conveyor to realize natural horizontal turning were analyzed.The quantitative calculation was based on MATLAB software,and the relationship curve was obtained between the turning radius and the inner curve televation angle,the roller into groove angle,the installaction support angle and the conveyor belt ension.The horizontal turn belt conveyor virtual prototype was established by SolidWorks,which simulates the tension change curve of the bend belt conveying in different rollers into rgroove angle,the inner curve elevation angle,and installation support angle,the average tension of the belt was obtained.The research shows that the tension of the horizontal turning belt conveyor turning section conveyor belt increases with the increase of the inner curve elevation angle,the roller into groove angle,and the installation support angle,and the main factor affecting the tension size of the conveyor belt is the installation support angle,and the change of the elevation angle has little effect on the tension of the conveyor belt.
