摘　　要：大学生合作教育项目(Co-op program)的实施是保障加拿大本科教育质量的重要举措之一。该文深入分析了加拿大高校大学生合作教育模式、主要优势、运行机制、主要特征等,并与国内传统实习模式进行比较,为国内高校实习实践改革提供新的思路与启示,有利于提高实践创新性人才培养质量。The implementation of Co-op program is one of the important measures to ensure the quality of undergraduate education in Canada. This paper analyzes the cooperative education model, main advantages, operation mechanism and main characteristics of Canadian university students, and compares it with the traditional practice model in China, so as to provide new ideas and inspirations for the reform of internship in China, which is benefit for improving the quality of the practical and innovative talent training.
