摘 要:采用阳极氧化法在钛网表面制备了TiO2纳米管阵列,研究氧化电压对TiO2纳米管形貌和光催化性能的影响。采用XRD、SEM对样品的物相和形貌进行表征,利用紫外-可见分光光度计、荧光光谱仪分析样品的光学性能,以罗丹明B作为降解对象研究样品的可见光催化活性。结果表明,不同电压条件下制备的TiO2纳米管均为无定形态,电压为20V时制备的TiO_(2)纳米管光催化性能最佳,对其进行热处理可提高其光催化性能。该实验可操作性强,内容涵盖了材料制备、表征和光催化性能测试等多方面知识点,可激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的科研素养和创新思维。TiO2 nanotube arrays are prepared on the surface of titanium mesh by anodic oxidation method, and the effects of oxidation voltage on the morphology and photocatalytic properties of TiO2 nanotubes are studied. The phase composition and morphology of the samples are characterized by XRD and SEM, and the optical properties of the samples are analyzed by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrometer. Rhodamine B is used as the degradation object to study the visible light catalytic activity of the samples. The results show that the TiO_(2) nanotubes prepared with different voltages are all amorphous. The photocatalytic performance of TiO2 nanotubes prepared at a voltage of 20 V is the best, and the heat treatment can improve its photocatalytic performance. The experiment is easy to carry out, and the content covers many knowledge points such as materials preparation, characterization and photocatalytic performance testing, which can stimulate students’ interest in learning and cultivate their scientific research ability and innovative thinking.
