摘 要:高应变率下材料的动态力学性能一般采用分离式霍普金森压杆进行实验测量,但由于该类设备的操作危险性大,测试参数设置互相影响,实验经验对测试结果影响较大,学生学习和操作困难。该文所开发的虚拟仿真实验教学项目,可通过设置不同的测试参数,得到不同的实验结果和测试精度,甚至是失败的测试,从而帮助学生掌握和分析测量参数设置的规律,培养学生的实际操作能力。The dynamic mechanical properties of materials under high strain rate are generally measured by the split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB). However, due to the high risk of operation of this kind of equipment and the mutual influence of test parameter settings, experimental experience has great influence on the test results, which makes it difficult for students to learn and operate. The virtual simulation experiment teaching project developed in this paper can get different experimental results and test precision, even failure test by setting different test parameters, so as to help students to master and analyze the rules of measurement parameter setting, and cultivate their practical operation ability.
