协同理论视域下高校双创实验室建设路径研究

摘　　要：高校创新创业实验室建设是推进高校人才培养改革的重要载体。新时代下推进高校双创实验室协同建设势在必行。该文基于协同理论,提出深度融合推进内涵式建设、内外协同打造高端师资队伍、多方联动聚力整合各类资源、机制创新统筹管理实验室建设等建设路径。The construction of innovation and entrepreneurship laboratories is an important carrier to promote the reform of talent training in colleges and universities. Under the new era, it is imperative to promote the collaborative construction of innovation and entrepreneurship laboratories in colleges and universities. Based on the synergy theory, this paper puts forward the construction paths for the deep integration to promote connotative construction, internal and external cooperation to build high-end teachers’ team, multi-party linkage to integrate various resources, mechanism innovation and overall management of laboratory construction.
