基本型间歇性外斜视儿童双眼调节相关研究

摘　　要：目的研究基本型间歇性外斜视儿童的单眼及双眼调节幅度及调节灵活度。方法分别测量23例能配合检查的基本型IXT儿童的主导眼、非主导眼及双眼调节幅度及调节灵活度,比较IXT儿童双眼间的调节差别,同时观察其测量值与同期就诊的20例正常儿童的差别。结果基本型IXT组主导眼调节幅度低于非主导眼(P<0.001),调节灵活度高于非主导眼(P<0.001)。IXT组的非主导眼调节幅度高于对照组(P<0.05),调节灵活度低于对照组(P<0.05);双眼调节幅度及调节灵活度低于对照组(P<0.05);主导眼调节幅度及调节灵活度与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论基本型IXT儿童主导眼与非主导眼存在调节差异,双眼调节功能低于正常儿童。Objective To investigate the accommodative amplitude and the accommodative facility of the basic type intermittent exotropia children in binocular and monocular viewing conditions.Methods 23 basic type intermittent exotropia children were involved as the case group,and 20 non-exotropia children as the control group.The results of the accommodative amplitude and the accommodative facility of each eye in binocular and monocular viewing conditions were compared between case group and control group,and the results of dominant eyes and non-dominant eyes of case group were also compared.Results The accommodative amplitude and accommodative facility of dominant eyes was significantly different from non-dominant eyes in case group(P<0.001).The results of non-dominant eyes and binocular in case group were different from control group(P<0.05),but no significant difference of dominant eyes was observed(P>0.05).Conclusion The accommodation of the basic type intermittent exotropia children is different under binocular and monocular viewing conditions.Binocular accommodative amplitude and facility of exotropia children is worse than non-exotropia children.
