斜弱视患儿血清微量元素及维生素A含量及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨斜弱视患儿血清微量元素及维生素A含量及其临床意义。方法选取2016年1月至2019年12月在我院眼科确诊36例斜弱视患儿作为观察组,其中轻度斜弱视19例、中度斜弱视11例、重度斜弱视6例。选取基线与之相匹的35例健康儿童作为对照组。检测两组受试者的血清锌、铁、铜、硒、维生素A含量,并进行分析。结果观察组的血清锌、铁、铜、硒、维生素A含量均显著低于对照组,P<0.05;轻度斜弱视、中度斜弱视、重度斜弱视患儿的微量元素锌、铁、铜、硒、维生素A依次降低,且组间两两比较,P<0.05。斜弱视病情程度与血清锌、铁、铜、硒、维生素A均呈负相关(r值分别为:-0.725、-0.693、-0.682、-0.673、-0.659,均P<0.001)。结论大部分斜弱视患儿的血清锌、铁、铜、硒、维生素A含量下降,其异常率可能与斜弱视的发生有关。Objective To explore the content of serum trace elements and vitamin A in children with strabismus and amblyopia and its clinical significance.Methods From January 2016 to December 2019,36 children with oblique amblyopia confirmed in our hospital were selected as the observation group,including 19 cases of mild oblique amblyopia,11 cases of moderate oblique amblyopia and 6 cases of severe oblique amblyopia.35 healthy children matched with the baseline were selected as the control group.The content of zinc,iron,copper,selenium and vitamin A in serum of two groups of subjects was detected and analysis.Results The content of serum zinc,iron,copper,selenium and vitamin A in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The trace elements Zn,Fe,Cu,Se and vitamin A in children with mild,moderate and severe amblyopia decreased in turn,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of amblyopia was negatively correlated with serum zinc,iron,copper,selenium and vitamin A(R values were-0.725,-0.693,-0.682,-0.673,-0.659,respectively,P<0.001).Conclusion The abnormal rate of serum zinc,iron,copper,selenium and vitamin A may be related to the occurrence of amblyopia.
