摘  要:对废纸脱墨浆分别进行漆酶/介体或脂肪酶处理,再进行不同氢氧化镁替代率条件下的过氧化氢漂白,然后再结合表面分析技术(XPS、SEM)研究其表面性能。研究结果表明,脱墨废纸浆样品表面除了主要的元素碳和氧外,还存在钙、硅、铝等微量元素;酶处理浆表面的木素或抽出物被后续过氧化氢漂白除去,且PMg(OH)2漂白浆表面的木素和抽出物等比PNaOH漂白浆更易除去;PMg(OH)2漂白浆表面木素和抽出物总覆盖物含量比PNaOH漂白浆少;酶处理能大大改善纸浆的可漂性,而且脂肪酶不仅除去了纤维表面木素和抽出物等,对其表面的残余油墨粒子等污染物也有较好的去除作用。The deinked pulp was treated with laccase/mediator or lipase, and then bleached with hydrogen peroxide under different magnesium hydroxide substitution rates. Then, the surface properties of deinked pulp were studied by surface analysis techniques(XPS, SEM). The results showed that, in addition to the main elements carbon and oxygen, there were also trace elements such as calcium, silicon and aluminum on the surface of deinked pulp samples;the lignin or extractives on the surface of enzyme treated pulp were removed by subsequent hydrogen peroxide bleaching, and the lignin and extractives on the surface of PMg(OH)2 bleached pulp were more easily removed than PNaOH bleached pulp;the total coverage of lignin and extractives on PMg(OH)2 bleached pulp was higher than that of PNaOH. Enzyme treatment can greatly improve the bleachability of pulp, and lipase can not only remove lignin and extractives on the fiber surface, but also remove the residual ink particles and other contaminants on the surface.
