新时代档案学硕士研究生培养的几点建议

摘　　要：文章以安徽大学2010届—2019届档案学硕士毕业生就业数据为样本,通过问卷调研,从就业去向、专业对口率及职业满意度等方面进行就业现状调查并分析。最后,提出应明确档案学硕士研究生培养的定位、重视档案学硕士研究生培养的过程管理、组建和扩充高水平的导师团队、提升档案学硕士研究生培养的国际化水平和加强社会对档案学硕士研究生培养质量的评估等建议。This paper takes the employment data of archival science master graduates of Anhui University from 2010 to 2019 as the sample,and makes a survey and analysis of their employment situation from the aspects of employment destination,professional counterpart rate and career satisfaction through questionnaire survey.Finally,the paper proposes that we make clear the orientation of the cultivation of archival science masters,attach importance to the process management of the cultivation,build and expand a high-level tutor team,improve the internationalization of the cultivation,and strengthen the social evaluation of the cultivation quality of archival science masters.
