摘　　要：从基础建设、资源开发、信息利用三个维度构建了高校人事档案信息资源开发利用评估指标体系,利用层次分析法计算指标权重,试图为构建科学完整的人事档案信息资源开发利用评估体系奠定基础。From the three dimensions of infrastructure construction,resources development and information utilization,this paper constructs the evaluation index system for the development and utilization of personnel archives information resources in colleges and universities,and calculates the index weight by using the analytic hierarchy process,trying to lay the foundation for the construction of a scientific and complete evaluation system for the development and utilization of personnel archives information resources.
