周围型非小细胞肺癌影像特征及血尿酸值对照分析

摘　　要：目的初步探讨周围型非小细胞肺癌不同CT影像学表现之间血尿酸水平的差异,了解其与影像学之间的关系。方法选择就诊于潍坊医学院附属医院的207例非小细胞肺癌患者作为实验组。分析组内106例周围型肺癌患者不同CT征象组之间的血尿酸水平,分析各组血尿酸水平是否存在统计学差异。结果强化类型:周围型肺癌表现为均匀强化的血尿酸水平约(212.4±62.9)μmol/L,低于表现为不均匀强化的血尿酸水平(254.9±71.3)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论周围型肺癌的某些影像特征(不同的强化特点)在血尿酸水平上有差异,血尿酸水平可以作为非小细胞肺癌患者新的检验参考指标。Objective To investigate the difference of serum uric acid level between different CT imaging manifestations of peripheral non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and to understand the relationship between it and imaging.Methods Two hundred and seven patients with NSCLC in Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University were selected as experimental group.The serum uric acid levels of 106 patients with peripheral lung cancer in different CT signs were analyzed,and whether there were statistical differences in serum uric acid levels among the groups was analyzed.Results The serum uric acid level of peripheral lung cancer showed homogeneous enhancement was about(212.4±62.9)μmol/L,lower than which showed inhomogeneous enhancement(254.9±71.3)μmol/L,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There were some relationships between the imaging features of peripheral lung cancer and the level of serum uric acid.Serum uric acid level can be used as a new test index of lung cancer.
