摘　　要：目的观察绷带镜联合强力霉素治疗小梁切除术后早期滤过泡渗漏的疗效。方法对2015年8月~2019年8月期间出现早期滤过泡渗漏的患者进行回顾性分析,将入组患者随机分为两组,其中实验组9例(9眼)佩戴绷带镜联合口服强力霉素,对照组11例(11眼)仅佩戴绷带镜,通过观察绷带镜佩戴天数,比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果小梁切除术后出现滤过泡渗漏的平均时间12.22d,对照组佩戴角膜绷带镜的平均天数10.53d,其中1眼治疗效果欠佳需再次行手术治疗,1眼术后需要联合使用一种抗青光眼药物。实验组佩戴绷带镜的平均天数7.41d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绷带镜联合强力霉素治疗小梁切除术后早期滤过泡渗漏效果确切,比单纯佩戴绷带镜更有优势。Objective To study the effect of bandage lens combined with doxycycline on early filtration vesicle leakage after trabeculectomy.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on patients with filtration bubble leakage between August 2015 and August 2019.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,9 patients in the experimental group(9 eyes)wore bandage glasses combined with oral doxycycline,and 11 patients in the control group(11 eyes)only wore bandage glasses.The difference between the two treatment methods was compared by the wearing days of bandage glasses and the treatment of leakage.Results The average number of days filtration vesicle leakage after trabeculectomy was 12.22 days.The average number of days the patients in the control group wore the corneal bandage glasses was 10.53 days.Surgical suture was performed again for one eye with poor therapeutic effect,and one eye needed to be combined with an anti-glaucoma drug.The average number of days the bandage glasses were worn in the experimental group was 7.41 days(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Bandage lens combined with doxycycline on early conjunctival incision leakage after complex trabeculectomy is more advantages than bandage lens.
