摘 要:目的:护理实习学生64位,教学统计,讨论ARCS动机设计模型的应用。方法:自我院搜集护理实习学生(取自2019.01月~2020.06月)并选出64位分组,参照组(32位)接受常规老年护理学教学,教学组(32位)应用ARCS动机设计模型。归纳护理教学成果、满意度对比。教学成果包括实习学生对老年护理学理论知识的了解程度、对老年护理实际操作技能的熟练程度,满意度采用自制满意度调查表评估。结果:教学成果对比实习学生实际得分,教学组实习学生对老年护理学理论知识的了解程度、对老年护理实际操作技能的熟练程度相对于参照组均较高[(47.71±2.19)分vs(43.58±1.84)分,(46.95±2.88)分vs(41.06±2.13)分,P<0.05];教学满意度对比实习学生评估结果,教学组评分相对于参照组较高[(93.17±2.60)分vs(85.44±2.73)d,P<0.05]。结论:ARCS动机设计模型应用于老年护理学教学,可提高实习学生对老年护理学理论知识及实际操作技能的学习效率,学生满意度评价均较好。Purpose 64 nursing students,teaching statistics,discuss the application of ARCS motivation design model.Methods The self-hospital collected nursing practice students(taken from January 2019 to June 2020)and selected 64 groups.The reference group(32 people)received conventional geriatric nursing teaching,and the teaching group(32 people)applied the ARCS motivation design model.Summarize nursing teaching results,satisfaction,and contrast.The teaching results include the internship students'understanding of the theoretical knowledge of geriatric nursing,the proficiency of the practical skills of geriatric nursing,and the satisfaction degree evaluated by the self-made satisfaction questionnaire.Results The teaching results were compared with the actual scores of the intern students.The intern students in the teaching group had higher understanding of the theoretical knowledge of geriatric nursing and proficiency in the practical skills of geriatric nursing than the reference group[(47.71±2.19)points vs(43.58±1.84)points,(46.95±2.88)points vs(41.06±2.13)points,P<0.05];Compared with the evaluation results of intern students in teaching satisfaction,the teaching group score is higher than the reference group[(93.17±2.60)points vs(85.44±2.73)d,P<0.05].Conclusion The application of ARCS motivation design model to the teaching of geriatric nursing can improve the learning efficiency of the intern students on the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of geriatric nursing,and the evaluation of student satisfaction is good.
