煤矿用挖掘式装载机在晓明矿的应用

摘　　要：晓明矿是一个老矿井,一些巷道服务年限长局部底鼓严重,巷道断面无法满足生产需要,采用人工拉底修复巷道,作业人员多、劳动强度大、施工进度慢。经调研,决定试用公司首台煤矿用挖掘式装载机进行巷道拉底修复作业。通过实践证明,采用煤矿用挖掘式装载机进行拉底修复巷道可以有效减少作业人员、降低劳动强度、提高施工进度和安全系数,为矿井巷道修复、拉底施工及掘进拉门施工积累宝贵经验。Xiaoming Mine is an old mine,so there are problems with it.For example,the service life of some of its roadways is long,the local floor heave is serious,and the roadway section can not meet the needs of production.Manual bottom pulling is used to repair the disrepair roadway,which has many operators,high labor intensity and slow construction progress.After investigation and research,it was decided to try the company's first coal mine excavating loader for roadway repair and bottom-pulling operation.Through the field practice,it is proved that the roadway repair and bottom pulling operation with excavating loader in coal mine can effectively reduce the number of operators,reduce the labor intensity,improve the construction progress and safety factor,and accumulate valuable experience for mine roadway repair,bottom pulling construction and excavation sliding door construction.
