摘 要:对于以增压锅炉为主动力的船舶,汽轮机所有的负荷变化都需要通过增压锅炉燃烧控制系统完成协调控制,其中的关键部分是燃油压差的控制调节。本文针对船舶增压锅炉燃油压差控制系统的设计开展研究,设计了燃油压差调节回路执行器的控制电路及相应软件,建立了燃油压差调节回路模型,对设计条件下控制回路PID控制器的特性进行了仿真,得到了燃油流量、给定0.4 MPa阶跃时的燃油压差以及燃油压差存在随机扰动时的燃油流量3组仿真曲线。结果表明:设计的燃油压差控制电路控制精度高且抗干扰能力强,有一定的工程实际应用价值。For ships with supercharged boilers as the main power,all load changes of steam turbines need to be coordinated and controlled by the combustion control system of the pressure increasing boiler,and the key part of it is the control and regulation of the fuel oil pressure difference.In this paper,the design of the fuel oil differential pressure control system of the marine supercharged boiler is studied.The control circuit and the corresponding software of the actuator of the fuel oil differential pressure control loop are designed.The model of the fuel oil differential pressure control loop is established.The characteristics of the PID controller of the control loop under the design conditions are simulated,and three simulation curves are obtained as the fuel oil flow,fuel pressure difference with 0.4 MPa step and the fuel flow rate with random disturbance of fuel pressure difference.The results show that the designed fuel differential pressure control circuit has high control accuracy and anti-interference ability.This work has certain practical value.
