高脂血症患者牙周健康状况的调查及分析

摘　　要：目的本研究的目的是评估高脂血症患者的牙周健康状况,并探讨高脂血症与牙周炎之间的相关性。方法选取高脂血症患者78例及与其年龄、性别、BMI指数匹配的正常血脂者78例,进行口腔卫生习惯的问卷调查及口腔牙周健康状况的检查,通过卡方检验、独立样本t检验对比分析两组间的差异,进一步采用多元线性回归分析血脂水平与牙周检查指标的相关性。结果高血脂组和正常血脂组相比,在缺失牙数、临床附着丧失、全口平均探诊深度、平均Ⅰ度探诊深度、Ⅱ度位点数及百分比、探诊出血阳性率上明显增高;在Ⅰ度位点数及百分比上明显减低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。牙周炎的严重程度与总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白呈正相关性,而与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关性。结论本研究结果显示血脂水平与牙周健康状况存在一定的相关性,高脂血症患者的牙周健康状况明显差于正常血脂者,而且随着高脂血症的加重,其牙周炎的严重程度也增加。Objective To evaluate the periodontal status in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 78 patients with hyperlipidemia were included in this study.A questionnaire survey and a periodontal examination were performed.Oral hygiene and periodontal parameters were measured and compared,and a multiple linear regression was completed.Results The mean values of missing teeth,clinical attachment level,probing depth,mild probing depth,sites of moderate probing depth and percentage,bleeding on probing in the hyperlipidemic group were significantly higher than those in the normolipidemic group.The mean value of sites of mild probing depth and percentage in the hyperlipidemic group was significantly lower than that in the normolipidemic group(P<0.05).The severity of periodontitis was positively associated with total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.Whereas it was negatively associated with highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol.Conclusions There was an association between hyperlipidemia and periodontitis.Patients with hyperlipidemia manifested worse periodontal status compared to normolipidemic group.
