摘　　要：随着生态文明体制改革不断深化,生态湖北已取得了显著成效,但污染环境犯罪情况仍不容乐观。以湖北地区122份污染环境罪判决书为样本考察,可将污染环境共同犯罪行为划分为合伙投资型、雇佣生产型、委托处置型、出借资质型、出租场地型、纂改数据型、居间介绍型7类。对污染环境共同犯罪进行类型化分析,不仅有利于司法类型化审判规则的构建,而且还有利于促进湖北地区生态文明建设。With the continuous deepening of the reform of ecological civilization system,the"Ecological Hubei"has achieved remarkable results,but the situation of environmental pollution crimes is discouraging.This study takes 122 court verdicts for environmental pollution crimes as samples and classifies the joint crimes of environmental pollution into seven types related to partnership investment,employment and production,entrusted disposal,lending qualification,renting site,data editing,and intermediary introduction.To analyze the types of joint crimes of environmental pollution will not only be conducive to the establishment of judicial typified trial rules,but also help advance the construction of ecological civilization in Hubei.
