摘　　要：目的探讨睫状体(ciliary body, CB)原发性肿瘤的临床特点、组织学特征、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法收集18例CB原发性肿瘤的临床病理资料,采用免疫组化及特殊染色检测,进行组织形态学分析,并复习相关文献。结果 18例CB原发性肿瘤中,黑色素瘤8例(44.44%),黑色素细胞瘤3例(16.67%),平滑肌瘤3例(16.67%),无色素上皮腺癌2例(11.11%),无色素上皮腺瘤1例(5.56%),神经鞘瘤1例(5.56%)。结论 CB原发性肿瘤临床较少见,最常见的是黑色素瘤,其次为黑色素细胞瘤和平滑肌瘤、无色素上皮腺癌、无色素上皮腺瘤和神经鞘瘤。CB原发性肿瘤中黑色素细胞瘤、平滑肌瘤、上皮腺瘤和腺癌,均有独特的病理组织学特征。Purpose To explore the clinical and histopathological features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of primary ciliary body occupation.Methods 18 cases of primary ciliary body tumors were collected to analyze the clinical and histopathological characteristics by histomorphology,immunohistochemistry and special stains,and related literatures were reviewed.Results According to histopathological classification,8 cases(44.44%)were melanoma,3 cases(16.67%)were melanocytoma,3 cases were leiomyoma(16.67%),2 cases(11.11%)were non-pigment epithelium carcinoma,1 case(5.56%)was non-pigment epithelium adenema,1 case(5.56%)was neurilemoma.Conclusion Primary tumors of ciliary body are rare,the most common neoplasm is melanoma,followed by melanocytoma and leiomyoma,non-pigment epithelium carcinoma and adenoma,and neurilemoma.Melanocytoma,leiomyoma,epithelial adenoma and adenocarcinoma of ciliary body have unique histopathological features.
