摘 要:液力变矩器广泛应用于AT及CVT车型上面,与整车匹配除了关注动力性、经济型及NVH外,还需要关注一些特定的工况。该文研究的是液力变矩器与涡轮增压发动机匹配对车辆高原坡起的影响,结合涡轮增压发动机高原功率、扭矩特性及液力变矩器液力特性分析,通过理论对比及实测验证,比较系统地说明了涡轮增压发动机与液力变矩器匹配过程中涉及到高原坡起问题的匹配要求,对于配有涡轮增压发动机车型的液力变矩器设计选型提供了重要的理论依据。Hydraulic torque converter is widely used in the AT and CVT vehicles.To complete the vehicle matching design,in addition to focusing on the dynamic and economic performance and NVH,it also needs to pay attention to some specific working conditions.In this paper,the influence of the matching of the hydraulic torque converter and the turbocharged engine on the plateau hill starting of vehicles is studied.Combined the performance of the plateau power and torque of the turbocharged engine with the hydraulic characteristic analysis of the hydraulic torque converter,through theoretical comparison and actual measurement,the matching requirements of the turbocharged engine and the hydraulic torque converter related to the problem of the plateau hill starting in the matching process are systematically explained.It provides an important theoretical basis for the selection design of hydraulic torque converter on the vehicles with turbocharged engine.
