摘　　要：目前我国淋巴瘤患者生育力的保护工作仍处于初级阶段,患者经治疗之后生育力下降甚至不育。在保证肿瘤治疗效果的前提下,安全且行之有效的生育力保护方案不仅是肿瘤患者的需求,也是肿瘤科和生殖科医生亟待解决的问题。文章将从淋巴瘤治疗对患者生育力的影响、国内外生育力保护现状和生育力保护的主要方法方面对淋巴瘤患者生育力保护现状进行阐述。At present,the fertility protection for lymphoma patients in China is still in the primary stage.The treatment leads to the decline of patients'fertility and even infertility.On the premise of ensuring the effect of tumor treatment,safe and effective fertility protection solutions are not only the needs of cancer patients,but also the problems that oncology and reproductive doctors have to solve urgently.This article will elaborate on the current status of fertility protection for lymphoma patients from the aspects of the impact of lymphoma treatment on patients'fertility,the status of fertility protection at home and abroad,and the main methods of fertility protection.
