摘　　要：胼胝体是神经系统重要的结构之一,可发生多种疾病,但临床表现常缺乏特异性且症状复杂多样,诊断困难。本文综述儿童胼胝体病变的临床特征及最新诊治进展,以协助儿科医师充分认识胼胝体相关疾病。The corpus callosum is one of the important structures in nervous system,and a variety of diseases can occur.However,the clinical manifestations are often lack of specificity and the symptoms are complex and diverse.The diagnosis of the disease becomes more difficult.This study reviewed the clinical features of corpus callosum lesions in children and the latest progress in diagnosis and treatment,in order to assist pediatricians to fully understand the corpus callosum related disease.
