乙烯利处理对采后宝岛蕉果实后熟期品质的影响

摘　　要：以七成熟的宝岛蕉为试材,研究200μg/mL乙烯利处理对采后宝岛蕉果实后熟期品质的影响。结果表明:在宝岛蕉果实后熟过程中,果皮色泽由绿转黄,总叶绿素含量下降,果皮膜透性增加,硬度、淀粉含量、VC含量逐渐降低,可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,果实达到最佳食用期;相比于对照,乙烯利处理可加速果实的后熟,且各项指标明显优于对照,在相同的贮存期间,其处理的宝岛蕉成熟度高,外皮色泽相对较好,果实含糖量高,风味、营养价值较好。Baodao banana fruits with 70%maturity(at a light three-quarters stage)were harvested and then treated with 200μg·mL-1 ethephon to observe the effects of the ethephon treatment on the banana quality after ripening.The results showed that in the ripening process of Baodao banana fruits peel color changed from green to yellow.At fruit ripening after ethephon treatment the peel total chlorophyll content decreased,and the peel membrane permeability increased;the fruit hardness,starch content and VC content decreased gradually,the fruit soluble solid content and soluble sugar content increased gradually,and the fruit reached the best edible period.Compared with the control,the ethephon treatment accelerated the ripening of the fruit,and the indexes were obviously better than the control.In the same storage period Baodao banana fruits in the ethephon treatment were higher in ripeness,relatively better in peel color,and higher in flesh sugar content,flavor and nutritional value than those in the control.
