摘  要:以2个品种红毛丹冷藏保鲜和留树保鲜果实为材料,分析不同保鲜方法处理的果实品质变化,并比较保鲜效果。结果显示:随着保鲜时间的延长,留树保鲜果实L、a、b值、纵横径、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖等呈现升降交替的变化趋势,维生素C和可滴定酸含量呈不断下降的变化趋势,而冷藏保鲜果实的上述品质指标均呈不断下降的变化;留树保鲜处理果实的外观和内在品质均优于冷藏保鲜处理;相同条件下,BR-5比BR-6更耐贮。Two cultivars of rambutan were cold stored and on-tree stored to determine the effect of the two storage methods on the changes of fruit quality for comparison of their storage effect.The results showed that with storage the fruits stored on the trees tended to show an alternate high and low change in the L,a,b values,vertical and horizontal diameter,soluble solids and soluble sugar,and decreased continuously in the contents of vitamin C and titratable acid,while the cold stored fruits continuously decreased in all the aforesaid quality indexes.The appearance and flesh quality of the fruits were better in the on-tree storage than in the cold storage.BR-5 stored better than BR-6 under the same conditions.
