摘　　要：新型商业洗衣用表面活性剂TERGITOL(™)^LA系列(LA-7和LA-9)是以植物来源的脂肪醇为起始剂,经烷氧基化反应制得的环保型非离子表活产品。文章研究了这两个产品的泡沫、润湿、乳化、凝胶范围和倾点等性能,并与传统商洗用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)进行对比。结果显示,TERGITOL(™)^LA系列具有显著的快速破泡性能,较低的动态表面张力和优良乳化性能。相比AEO-9,LA系列倾点更低且无凝胶范围。因此,TERGITOL™LA-7和LA-9具有应用于商业洗衣产品的潜力。TERGITOL(™)^LA-7 and LA-9 surfactants are novel eco-friendly non-ionic alkoxylates initiated from plant-based fatty alcohols,which are developed for commercial laundry applications.Their properties(foam,wetting,emulsification,gel range and pour point)were evaluated compared with traditional fatty alcohol ethoxylate in institutional cleaning(AEO-9).The results indicated TERGITOL(™)^LA series had fast foam collapse,lower dynamic surface tension and good emulsification power.In comparison with AEO-9,LA series didn’t exhibit gel range and had lower pour point.Therefore,TERGITOL(™)^LA-7 and LA-9 surfactants have the potential to be incorporated into commercial laundry products.
