摘 要:近年来,随着测绘技术不断发展以及房地一体确权发证工作推动,倾斜摄影测量技术在很多地方的房地一体测绘工作中得到应用。本文以韶关市浈江区产业园附近的钟屋村、谭屋村为试验区,采用复合翼无人机进行倾斜摄影,通过布设像控点、POS差分解算、采用专业五镜头倾斜相机飞交叉航线等手段提高模型精度,并基于三维模型采集了房屋要素。经检核,房屋界点误差满足广东省农村宅基地和集体土地确权发证工作规范精度要求,试验取得成功,可为同类项目提供有益参考。In recent years,with the continuous development of surveying and mapping technology and the promotion of the confirmation and certification of integrated real estate and land,tilt photogrammetry technology has been applied in the integration of real estate and land surveying in many places.This article takes Zhongwu village and Tanwu village near the industrial park in Zhenjiang district of Shaoguan city as the study area.The compound wing UAV is used for tilt photography.Through the layout of image control points,POS differential calculation,the use of professional five-lens tilt camera,to fly cross routes,and other methods,the accuracy of the model is improved,and house elements have been collected based on the three-dimensional model.After verification,the house boundary point error meets the accuracy requirements of the Guangdong provincial rural homestead and collective land confirmation and certification work.The expriment has been successful and can provide useful reference for similar projects.
