上睑皮肤松弛矫正术对老年性上睑下垂患者的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析上睑皮肤松弛矫正术对老年性上睑下垂患者的应用效果。方法60例老年性上睑下垂患者,以单盲随机抽样法分为实验组与参照组,各30例。参照组予以重睑术治疗,实验组予以上睑皮肤松弛矫正术治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生情况、患者满意度及简明健康状况问卷量表(SF-36)评分。结果实验组临床总有效率96.67%、总满意度93.33%高于参照组的73.33%、66.67%,并发症发生率3.33%低于参照组的23.33%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,实验组患者一般健康状况、精力、情感角色、心理健康、机体疼痛、躯体角色、社会功能、躯体健康评分均高于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上睑皮肤松弛矫正术可有效矫正老年性上睑下垂患者上眼睑松弛,患者满意度高,且并发症较少,生活质量得到有效提高。Objective To analyze the practical effect of upper eyelid skin relaxation correction in elderly patients with blepharoptosis.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with blepharoptosis were divided into experimental group and reference group according to single blind random sampling,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with double eyelid construction,and the experimental group was treated with upper eyelid skin relaxation correction.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of complications,patient satisfaction and 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of the experimental group were 96.67%and 93.33%,which were all higher than 73.33%and 66.67%of the reference group,and incidence of complications 3.33%was lower than 23.33%of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of general health,energy,emotional role,mental health,body pain,body role,social function and body health in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Upper eyelid skin relaxation correction can effectively correct elderly patients with blepharoptosis,with high patient satisfaction,fewer complications and an effective improvement in the quality of life of patients.
