口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的疗效观察及舒适度研究

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的疗效观察及舒适度。方法选取100例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规修复治疗,观察组采用口腔种植修复治疗。比较两组患者治疗后牙齿口腔功能以及舒适度评分,治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的咀嚼功能、固位功能、语言功能、美观性、舒适度评分分别为(8.23±1.20)、(8.22±1.02)、(8.32±0.15)、(8.15±1.23)、(8.51±0.34)分均高于对照组的(6.22±1.24)、(6.23±2.01)、(7.02±0.21)、(7.15±2.01)、(7.36±0.31)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率98.00%高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床牙列缺损治疗中采用口腔种植修复治疗,可以改善患者牙齿口腔功能,提高美观性与舒适度,治疗效果显著,值得推广。Objective To discuss the efficacy and comfort of oral implant restoration in treatment of dentition defects.Methods A total of 100 patients with dentition defects as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional repair,and the observation group was treated with oral implant restoration.The dental function,comfort score,and treatment effect after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the chewing function,retention function,language function,aesthetics,comfort score of the observation group were(8.23±1.20),(8.22±1.02),(8.32±0.15),(8.15±1.23),(8.51±0.34)points,which were all higher than(6.22±1.24),(6.23±2.01),(7.02±0.21),(7.15±2.01),(7.36±0.31)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 98.00%of the observation group was higher than 78.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral implant restoration shows remarkable effect on clinical treatment of dentition defect,which can improve the oral function of the patient’s teeth,aesthetics and comfort.It is worthy of promotion.
