摘 要:采用植物抗氧化酶酶联免疫分析方法测定青海省互助北山林场、大通县、祁连县4种羌活挥发性成分的AOE含量。结果发现,水蒸气蒸馏法羌活挥发性成分AOE含量有明显地区差异,互助北山林场的羌活AOE含量最高,达9.99 U/g,大通县的羌活AOE含量最低,为5.06 U/g。超临界CO2萃取得青海省不同地区羌活挥发性成分的AOE含量无明显差异,均低于4.00 U/g。结论:不同提取方法对植物抗氧化酶提取有较大影响,同时AOE含量可以较好地反映出不同地区羌活抗氧化活性的强弱。The AOE content of volatile constituents was determined by using plant antioxidant enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method in four different species of Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H.T.Chang in Qinghai Province,Huzhu Beishan Forest Farm,Datong County of Qinghai Province and Qilian County of Qinghai Province.Results:There was a significant regional difference in the content of volatile AOE in steam distillation.The AOE content of Huzhu Beishan Forest Farm in Qinghai Province was the highest,reaching 9.99 U/g.The AOE content of Datong County in Qinghai Province was the lowest,being 5.06 U/g.Supercritical CO2 extraction showed no significant difference in AOE content of volatile components in different regions of Qinghai Province,all lower than 4.00 U/g.Conclusion:Different extraction methods have great influence on the extraction of antioxidant enzymes in plants.At the same time,AOE content can better reflect the strength of antioxidant activity in different regions.
