情绪智力视域下外交话语英译的情感解读

摘　　要：语言和情感相互作用,密不可分。外交话语作为一种特殊的语言形式同样具有情感和温度。翻译作为一种跨语言跨文化交际,情感始终贯穿其中。采用翻译学与心理学相结合的跨学科研究视角,聚焦情感感知、情感调节和情感表达,解读外交部发言人在例行记者会上的发言及其英译文本的情感性具有可操作性。外交话语英译在实现政治等效的同时也要重视外交话语的情感性,从而更好地助力中国特色大国外交,使外交话语更具语用适切性。Language and emotion are inextricably bound.As a special genre,diplomatic discourse is entrenched with emotions.The translation of diplomatic discourse for cross-linguistic and cross-cultural communication is threaded with emotions as well.By integrating the principles of Translation Studies and Psychology,this paper interprets emotions embedded in the English translated speeches given by Foreign Ministry spokespersons at regular press conferences,and focuses on emotion perception,emotion regulation and emotion expression of the discourse.It is found that on the basis of political equivalence,emotion is a significant contributing factor in the diplomatic discourse translation,which enhances the practice of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics for appropriacy.
