摘　　要：目的:探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)在住院医师规范化培训胸外科规培中的应用。方法:选取2019年1-6月在某大学附属第一医院胸外科规培的60位住培学员,按照学员入科时间的先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组学员接受传统带教法教学,观察组学员在传统教学方法基础上引入Mini-CEX。比较两组学员入科和出科时的Mini-CEX量表的各项评分。结果:两组学员入科时Mini-CEX量表各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组学员出科Mini-CEX各项评分均明显高于入科Mini-CEX各项评分,观察组学员出科Mini-CEX各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Mini-CEX应用于胸外科住院医师规范化培训效果良好,值得推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of Mini-CEX in standardized resident training of Thoracic Surgery.Methods:A total of 60 residents who attended the Department of thoracic surgery from Jan to Jun 2019 during surgery resident standardized training in The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were selected as subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 in each group.The participants were investigated with the Mini-CEX after and before the training.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before the training in the scores of Mini-CEX(P>0.05).The scores of Mini-CEX after training in two groups were higher than that before training(P<0.05).The scores of Mini-CEX after training in observation group were higher than that in control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mini-CEX used in thoracic surgery training during surgery resident standardized training is beneficial to improve training effect and the quality of teaching.
