摘 要:直升机减速器浮动花键是保证直升机可靠性的关键零件,为了探究不同润滑方式及表面处理对直升机减速器花键副磨损的影响,建立了尾传系统整体仿真模型,计算不同润滑方式下浮动花键副的齿面接触应力及齿面相对滑动速度;并对不同润滑条件下的花键副进行仿真分析,最后根据仿真结果确定随着润滑条件逐渐变差,花键副齿面间的磨损将逐渐加剧,可以通过改善润滑条件及提高表面处理的方法提高直升机减速器浮动花键副的抗磨损能力。The floating spline of helicopter reducer is the key part to ensure the reliability of helicopter.In order to explore the influence of different ways of lubrication and surface treatment on the wear of helicopter reducer spline pair,the tail transmission system is established as a whole simulation model in this paper.The tooth contact stress and relative sliding speed of floating spline pair under different lubrication methods are calculated;then the spline pairs under different lubrication conditions are simulated and analyzed.Finally,it is determined that with deterioration of the lubrication conditions,the wear between the teeth of the spline pair will gradually intensify according to the simulation results.Thus the anti-wear ability of the floating spline pair of helicopter reducer can be improved by improving the lubrication conditions and surface treatment.
