后真相时代高校教师思想政治工作策略研究

摘  要:教师是高校承担立德树人任务的重要力量。在后真相时代背景下,由大众媒介引发的“情绪大于事实、观点大于真相”的现象给高校教师思想政治工作带来新的挑战。本文从分析高校教师思想政治工作现实困境入手,结合后真相引发的价值共识反思,探讨高校如何凝聚人心、寻求共识,最后提出高校应通过采取改善沟通方式、突出情感共鸣、加强舆论引导、开展专业培训等策略,提升教师思想政治工作的针对性和有效性。Teachers are an important force in colleges and universities to undertake the task of moral education.In the post-truth era,the phenomenon of“emotion is greater than fact,opinion is greater than truth”triggered by mass media brings new challenges to the ideological and political work of university teachers.This paper starts with the analysis of the practical predicament of the ideological and political work of university teachers,combines with the value consensus reflection caused by the“post truth”,and discusses how colleges and universities can unite people s minds and seek consensus.Finally,in order to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political work among university teachers,colleges and universities should seek ways and innovation through improving communication methods,highlighting emotional resonance,strengthening public opinion guidance,and carrying out professional training and other strategies.
