摘  要:教学督导是教学质量的专业评价者,是提升人才培养质量的根本保障。督导不应流于形式,而要通过督导真正调动广大教师的教学积极性,深挖学校的内生动力,提高人才培养质量,实现高等教育内涵式发展。因此,加速督导体制机制的实质性改革势在必行且迫在眉睫。本文以吉林农业大学为例,针对目前高校教学督导普遍存在的问题进行剖析,并提出相应的教学督导改革措施,以期为其他相关高校提供参考和借鉴。Teaching supervision is the professional evaluator of teaching quality and the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of talent training.Supervision should not be a mere formality,but should really arouse the teaching enthusiasm of teachers,dig deep into the endogenous motive force of schools,improve the quality of talent training,and realize the implicit development of higher education.Therefore,it is imperative and urgent to accelerate the substantive reform of supervision system and mechanism.Taking Jilin Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the problems commonly existing in teaching supervision in colleges and universities at present,and puts forward corresponding reform measures,hoping to provide reference for other relevant colleges and universities.
