高校国家助学金评定的困境及策略

摘　　要：国家助学金评定工作只有以国家资助政策为指导,始终坚持公平、公开、公正的评定原则,才能体现激励和资助作用。精准资助是高校学生资助工作的主要目标,但是在国家助学金政策实施过程中,仍存在分配操作困难、评定标准模糊等现象和不公平倾向,在一定程度上削弱了国家助学金评定的效果。应当增强国家助学金助人的精准程度,提高学生对国家助学金评审工作的满意度,使资助工作真正落到实处。The evaluation of state grants is guided by the state-funded policy,and the principle of fair,open and fair assessment should be always adhered to in order to reflect the role of incentive and financial support for students.Accurate student aid is the main goal of college student aid work.However,in the process of implementing the national grant policy,there are still unfair tendencies,difficult distribution operation,vague evaluation criteria and other phenomena,to a certain extent,weaken the effect of the national grant assessment.It's necessary to enhance the accuracy of the state grant and improve students'satisfaction with the evaluation of state grants,so that the funding work can be realized.
