摘　　要：新时代背景下,我国高职教育实施百万扩招计划。百万扩招计划是高职教育从结构嵌入向关系嵌入转变的重要举措。分析高职百万扩招计划的现实背景、政策意义及困难和挑战,提出实行多元招生、加大筹资力度、实行松进紧出制度、改讲授式为实操式、实行柔性管理等策略。Under the background of the new era,million enrollment plan of higher vocational colleges in China is the need of industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper analyzes the realistic background,policy significance,difficulties,challenges and practice of million enrollment plan,and puts forward some strategies such as implementing the enrollment of diversification,increasing funding,implement the loose in and tight out system,changing the curriculum system for practical operation,implementing flexible management.
