OBE理念对高职电子商务专业人才培养的启示

摘　　要：基于成果导向教育理念及应用模型,结合高职电子商务专业人才培养现状,探讨OBE理念对提升高职电子商务专业人才培养质量的启示:可以将OBE理念融于专业人才培养目标,增强培养目标的可衡量性;融于课程开发,检视和优化工作过程导向课程及教学内容;融于课程教学,以学生为中心,开展理实一体化教学;融于教学评价,分层动态评价教学目标达成情况,形成持续改进的闭环反馈机制。Based on the outcome-based education concept and application model,combined with the status quo of e-commerce talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges,the enlightenment of OBE concept is discussed for improving the quality of e-commerce talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges.It is believed that the OBE concept can be integrated into the formulation of talents cultivation goals and improve their measurability;integrated into curriculum development,review and optimize work process courses and teaching content;integrated into curriculum teaching,take student as the center and carry out the integrated teaching of theory and practice;integrated into teaching evaluation,hierarchically and dynamically evaluate the achievement degree of teaching goals,and promote a closed-loop feedback mechanism for continuous improvement.
