摘　　要：目的观察松果体区肿瘤的显微手术效果。方法选取河南省人民医院21例松果体区占位患者,所有患者术前行头颅MRI平扫+增强、头颅MRA和MRV,选用Poppen入路行松果体区肿瘤切除术。结果术后复查头颅CT和磁共振MRI示,16例患者肿瘤全切,4例患者肿瘤次全切,1例患者部分切除。结论松果体区肿瘤的临床诊疗是结合影像学、放化疗以及手术切除在内的综合治疗,显微手术切除是松果体区肿瘤的主要治疗手段,根据术前检查结果选择合适的手术入路,可使患者获得满意的手术效果。Objective To investigate the effect of microsurgery on pineal region tumors.Methods Twenty-one cases of pineal gland occupying in our hospital were selected.Preoperative cranial MRI plain scan and enhancement,cranial MRA and MRV,Poppen approach was selected for pineal region tumor resection.Results The selected patients underwent total tumor resection in MRI,16 patients with cranial CT and magnetic resonance imaging,4 patients with secondary total tumor resection and 1 patient with partial resection.Conclusion The clinical diagnosis and treatment of pineal region tumor is combined with imaging,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and surgical resection.Microsurgical resection is the main treatment method of pineal region tumor.According to the results of preoperative examination,the appropriate surgical approach can be selected to make the patient have satisfactory surgical results.
