摘　　要：目的探讨早期乳腺癌患者应用肿瘤整形技术治疗的效果及对乳房外形的影响。方法依据随机数字表将本院早期乳腺癌患者100例进行分组,常保组50例给予常规常规乳腺癌改良根治术治疗,整形组50例给予肿瘤整形技术治疗,比较两组围术期情况、并发症、美容效果、术后3年复发及转移情况、患者满意度。结果整形组术后引流量、住院时间低于常保组,术中出血量、手术时间、肿瘤距切缘最近距离、切除标本量高于常保组,并发症发生率低于常保组,乳房美容问卷对称性、质地与弹性、乳头移位和皮肤颜色、乳头乳晕复合体、乳房顺应性评分及患者主观满意度均高于常保组(P<0.05);术后随访3年,两组复发率及转移率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤整形技术能够有效提升早期乳腺癌患者乳房美容效果,降低术后并发症发生率,患者满意度高。Objective To investigate the effect of tumor plastic surgery treatment on patients with early breast cancer and its influence on breast shape.Methods According to a random number table,100 patients with early breast cancer in our hospital were divided into groups,50 patients in the Changbao group were treated with conventional conventional modified radical mastectomy,and 50 patients in the plastic surgery group were treated with tumor plastic technology.The perioperative conditions of the two groups were compared.,Complications,cosmetic effects,recurrence and metastasis 3 years after surgery,and patient satisfaction.Results The postoperative drainage and hospital stay in the plastic surgery group were lower than those in the Changbao group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss,operation time,the closest distance from the tumor to the resection margin,and the amount of excised specimens were higher than those in the Changbao group.The complication rate was lower than that in the Changbao group.Breast beauty Questionnaire symmetry,texture and elasticity,nipple displacement and skin color,nipple-areola complex,breast compliance score and patient subjective satisfaction were all higher than those in the regular insurance group(P<0.05);after 3 years of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the two groups And the transfer rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Tumor plastic surgery technology can effectively improve the breast beauty effect of patients with early breast cancer,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and increase patient satisfaction.
