玻璃纤维桩氧化锆全瓷冠用于前牙牙体缺损修复中的效果及对美学评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃纤维桩氧化锆全瓷冠用于前牙牙体缺损修复中的效果及对美学评分的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月收治的前牙牙体缺损患者80例为研究对象,根据修复方式不同分组,观察组40例(51颗牙)采用玻璃纤维桩氧化锆全瓷冠修复,对照组40例(53颗牙)采用金属桩钴铬烤瓷冠修复,对两组修复成功率、牙龈状态、美学效果进行比较。结果观察组修复成功率为98.04%,较对照组79.25%高(P<0.05);观察组修复后颜色匹配、修复体完整度、边缘适合性、牙龈状态评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);两组修复前的主观与客观美学评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组修复后的主观与客观美学评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩氧化锆全瓷冠用于前牙牙体缺损修复中成功率高,可取得较好的美学效果,保持较好的牙龈状态,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of glass fiber post zirconia all-ceramic crown in the restoration of anterior tooth defect and its influence on the aesthetic score.Methods Select 80 patients with anterior tooth defects admitted from January 2018 to June 2020 as the research objects,and group them according to different restoration methods.40 cases(51 teeth)in the observation group were restored with glass fiber post zirconia all-ceramic crowns,and 40 cases in the control group(53 teeth)were restored with metal post cobalt-chromium porcelain crowns.The success rate of restoration,gingival condition,and aesthetic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The repair success rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of color matching,restoration integrity,edge suitability,and gingival condition after restoration in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There were no significant difference between the subjective and objective aesthetic scores of the two groups before restoration(P>0.05).The subjective and objective aesthetic scores of the observation group after restoration were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The zirconia all-ceramic crowns with glass fiber posts have a high success rate in the restoration of anterior tooth defects,can achieve better aesthetic effects and maintain better gingival conditions,and are worthy of promotion.
