摘　　要：随着我国步入了社会主义新时代,我国在各个行业都推出了新的改革计划。其中"十二五"发展计划成为了影响我国市场发展方向的重要因素。为了能够更好地将"十二五"发展计划实行,国家工商部门进行了工商管理改革,通过保证优质、高校的工商管理来重点落实"十二五"计划。因此,在这种大背景的影响下,建立综合素质高,实践能力强的工伤干部队伍,成为了市场发展的重要步骤,这样才能够促进工商部门管理工作的落实,进而发挥工商干部在工商管理过程当中的作用,促进工商管理的有效进行。As China has entered a new era of socialism,new reform plans have been launched in various industries.Among them,the 12th Five Year Plan has become an important factor affecting the development direction of China's market.In order to better implement the 12th Five year Plan,the State Administration for Industry and Commerce has carried out industrial and commercial management reform,focusing on the implementation of the 12th Five Year Plan by ensuring high-quality and efficient industrial and commercial management.Therefore,under the influence of this background,it has become an important step of market development to establish a team of industrial injury cadres with high comprehensive quality and strong practical ability.Only in this way can we promote the implementation of industrial and commercial administration,and then play the role of industrial and commercial cadres in the process of industrial and commercial administration,and promote the effective implementation of industrial and commercial administration.
