摘  要:为提升选煤厂机电设备数据传输的可靠性和实时性、降低工人劳动强度,设计了基于CAN/FDD-LTE传输模式的选煤厂机电设备监控平台。依据选煤工艺流程,采用PLC控制技术分别设计PLC核心控制主站以及4个I/O分站控制系统,设计数据传输回路为CAN有线通信加FDD-LTE无线双冗余通信模式,以保证数据传输的可靠性。设计基于动态优先级的CAN通信数据传输方案,以保证机电设备控制指令传输的实时性。基于King SCADA软件平台实现选煤厂机电设备的数据显示以及远程控制指令传输。实际使用结果验证了该监控平台的可行性和优越性。In order to improve the reliability and real-time performance of data transmission of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal preparation plant and reduce the labor intensity of workers,a monitoring platform of electromechanical equipment in coal preparation plant based on CAN/FDD-LTE transmission mode was designed.According to the coal preparation process flow,PLC control technology was used to design the PLC core control master station and four I/O substation control systems.The data transmission circuit was designed as CAN cable communication and FDD-LTE wireless dual redundancy communication mode to ensure the reliability of data transmission.The CAN communication data transmission scheme based on dynamic priority was designed to ensure the real-time transmission of control instructions of electromechanical equipment.Based on King SCADA software platform,the data display and remote control command transmission of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal preparation plant were realized.The practical application results verified the feasibility and superiority of the monitoring platform.
