摘 要:目的探讨FOXC1、FAT4及YAP1蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组织表达水平及意义。方法收集了72例上皮性卵巢癌组织标本进行研究,同时选取正常卵巢组织标本60例,采用免疫组化染色法检测FOXC1、FAT4及YAP1蛋白表达。结果上皮性卵巢癌组织FOXC1蛋白阳性表达率为41.67%,明显低于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),而FAT4蛋白阳性表达率为80.56%,YAP1为76.39%,明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05);Ⅲ期、中低分化及有淋巴结转移患者FOXC1蛋白阳性表达率分别为14.29%、20.00%和18.52%,明显低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、高分化及无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);中低分化及有淋巴结转移患者FAT4、YAP1蛋白阳性表达率分别为95.00%和100.00%,90.00%和96.30%,明显高于高分化及无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);Ⅲ期患者YAP1蛋白阳性表达率为100.00%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);FOXC1蛋白与FAT4、YAP1蛋白呈负相关(γs=-0.297和-0.294,P<0.05),FAT4蛋白与YAP1蛋白呈正相关(γs=0.471,P<0.05)。结论上皮性卵巢癌组织FOXC1蛋白呈低表达,FAT4及YAP1蛋白呈高表达,三者的表达与患者临床病理特征有一定相关性,值得深入研究。Objective To investigate the expression level and significance of FOXC1,FAT4 and YAP1 proteins in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods 72 specimens of epithelial ovarian cancer were selected and 60 specimens of normal ovarian tissue were selected,the expression of FOXC1,FAT4 and YAP1 protein were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rate of FOXC1 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer was 41.67%,which was significantly lower than that of normal ovarian tissue(P<0.05),while the positive expression rates of FAT4 and YAP1 protein were 80.56%and 76.39%,which were significantly higher than those of normal ovarian tissue(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of FOXC1 protein in patients with stageⅢ,middle and low differentiation and lymph node metastasis were 14.29%,20.00%and 18.52%,which were significantly lower than those of stage I to II,high differentiation and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of FAT4 and YAP1 in patients with middle and low differentiation and lymph node metastasis were 95.00%and 100.00%,90.00%and 96.30%,which were significantly higher than those with high differentiation and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of YAP1 protein in stageⅢpatients was 100%,which was significantly higher than that in stageⅠandⅡpatients(P<0.05);FOXC1 protein were negatively correlated with FAT4 and YAP1 protein(γs=-0.297 and-0.294,P<0.05),and FAT4 protein was positively correlated with YAP1 protein(γs=0.471,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of FOXC1 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue is low,and the expression of FAT4 and YAP1 protein are highly expressed,there has a certain relationship with clinicopathological features,is worth further study.
