摘 要:目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、CD44变异性V6(CD44V6)在卵巢癌组织中的表达与肿瘤恶性生物学指标的关系。方法选取90例卵巢癌标本(卵巢癌组)、45例卵巢良性肿瘤组织标本(良性组),检测2组标本中的COX-2蛋白、CD44V6蛋白表达,并分析不同临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况下的肿瘤组织中的COX-2蛋白、CD44V6蛋白表达差异。结果卵巢癌组织中的COX-2蛋白、CD44V6蛋白阳性表达率67.78%、61.11%,卵巢良性肿瘤组织中的COX-2蛋白、CD44V6蛋白阳性表达率为10.00%、12.22%,2组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同临床分期、不同分化程度、是否发生淋巴结转移的卵巢癌组织中的COX-2蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同分化程度、是否发生淋巴结转移的卵巢癌组织中的CD44V6蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COX-2、CD44V6在卵巢癌组织中表达上调,并且与卵巢癌的发生发展关系密切。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and CD44 variant V6(CD44V6)in ovarian cancer tissues and tumor malignant biological markers.Methods We selected 90 ovarian cancer specimens(ovarian cancer group)and 45 ovarian benign tumor tissue specimens(benign group)collected.The COX-2 protein was detected in the 2 groups.The expression of CD44V6 protein was analyzed,and the expression of COX-2 protein and CD44V6 protein in tumor tissues with different clinical stages,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of COX-2 protein and CD44V6 protein in ovarian cancer tissues were 67.78%and 61.11%,and the positive expression rates of COX-2 protein and CD44V6 protein in benign ovarian tumor tissues were 10.00%and 12.22%,respectively.Statistical significance(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of COX-2 protein in ovarian cancer tissues with different clinical stages,different degrees of differentiation,and lymph node metastasis were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of CD44V6 protein in ovarian cancer tissues with different degrees of differentiation and lymph node metastasis was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of COX-2 and CD44V6 is up-regulated in ovarian cancer tissues and is closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.
