摘 要:目的探究E-钙黏蛋白(E-cad)、Snail蛋白在垂体腺瘤组织中的表达及其意义。方法选取行垂体腺瘤切除术患者60例作为实验组,癌旁正常组织60例作为对照组。采用免疫组化方法检测所有患者肿瘤组织中E-cad、Snali蛋白的阳性表达率,对E-cad与Snail蛋白表达进行Pearson相关性分析,并分析E-cad、Snail蛋白表达与垂体腺瘤临床病理特征的关系及与患者存活时间的关系。结果实验组患者组织中E-cad阳性表达率为18.33%,对照组受试者组织中E-cad阳性表达率为86.67%,实验组患者组织中E-cad阳性表达率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者组织中Snail蛋白阳性表达率为51.67%,对照组受试者组织中Snail蛋白阳性表达率为8.33%,实验组患者组织中Snail阳性表达率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);由Spearman相关性分析结果显示,E-cad与Snail蛋白阳性表达(率)呈负相关;由生存分析结果显示,E-cad阳性患者平均存活时间显著长于阴性者(P<0.05);Snail蛋白阳性患者平均存活时间显著短于阴性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论垂体腺瘤中E-cad阳性表达率较低,Snail蛋白阳性表达率较高,两者在垂体腺瘤的发生、进展中表达异常,E-cad阴性、Snail蛋白阳性时垂体腺瘤病理分期更高、更易发生复发,且与患者生存时长相关,E-cad与Snail蛋白可能垂体腺瘤病情诊断及预后评估的指标。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of E-cadherin(E-cad)and snail protein in the tissue of pituitary adenoma.Methods 60 patients with pituitary adenoma resection were selected as the experimental group,and another 60 adjacent normal tissue at the same time were selected as the control group.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the positive expression rate of E-cad and snail protein in tumor tissues of all patients.Pearson correlation analysis was carried out on the expression of E-cad and snail protein.The relationship between the expression of E-cad and snail protein and the clinicopathological characteristics of pituitary adenoma and the survival time of patients was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of e-cad in the tissues of the experimental group was 18.33%,while that of the control group was 86.67%.The positive expression rate of e-cad in the tissues of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Snail protein in the tissues of the experimental group was 51.67%,and that of the control group was 8.33%.The positive expression rate of snail protein in the tissues of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that e-cad was negatively correlated with the positive expression(rate)of Snail protein.According to the results of survival analysis,the average survival time of e-cad positive patients was significantly higher than that of negative patients(P<0.05).The mean survival time of Snail protein positive patients was significantly lower than that of negative patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression rate of E-cad and snail protein in pituitary adenomas is low,and they are abnormal in the occurrence and progress of pituitary adenomas.When E-cad is negative and snail protein is pos
